As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for managing QMS’ whilst ensuring that processes and manufactured products comply and exceed all customer expectations.
Working hours of the Quality Manager:
Monday to Thursday 7am – 16.00pm
Friday 7.00am – 12.30pm

Duties of the Quality Manager:
- Participate in senior management reviews, directly influencing the strategy plan and key performance indicators.
- Chair weekly / daily quality meetings with site teams.
- Support customer reviews both onsite & off site when required.
- Continually evolve best working practices and procedures to deliver ISO9001, IATF 16949 and customer accreditations such as JLRQ & Q1 excellence and certification.
- Review customer score cards & portals to ensure any issues are supported by site action plans to close, & customer portals are on target.
- Overall responsibility for the Quality and Procedure Manuals on site.
- Recruit, support and develop QA staff.
- Co-ordinate and support all QA activities within the company.
- Manage all customer quality improvement initiatives.
- Oversee site related supplier quality improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for production test & inspection activities and resources.
- Champion root cause analysis and preventative actions.
- Actively support New Product Development activities.
The successful candidate for the Quality Managers position will have the following experience:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience working as a Quality Manager within the Automotive sector (Essential)
- Maintaining and ensuring 3rd party audits are completed (Essential)
- Quality Budget control (Essential)
- Ensuring corrective actions are implemented to ensure repeat issues are taken care of (Essential)
- Managing high level commercial relationships (Essential)
