      Duties Will Include:

       

      • Contact businesses via telephone.
      • Responding to incoming emails.
      • Sending out letters to clients.
      • Provide high levels of customer service.
      • Ensuring clients are consistently updated with accurate information.
      • Updating the database with high levels of accuracy.

       

      Experience Required:

      • Previous experience within a similar customer service role
      • Confident with working within a fast paced environment
      • Strong telephone manor
      • Good Word & Basic Excel Skills
