To offer a high level of customer service to clients and other third parties.
To respond to all enquiries made of the practice whether by telephone or in person
To ensure the client is signposted to the most appropriate person to deal with their enquiry in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
To assist Fee Earners by providing secretarial and administrative support.
To undertake all work of a secretarial nature as may be requested by any Fee Earner including typing, word processing, photocopying, making and taking phone calls.
To make appointments and maintain up to date diary entries.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Professional telephone manner
Previous Secretarial experience is essential
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
IT Literate, role will involve Outlook email/calendar and WORD
Interpersonal skills
