      Next Generation are pleased to have been appointed to recruit for a HR Advisor to work with a well-established engineering company based near Willenhall. The HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting relations by coordinating processes and guidelines to help align the workforces.

      Working hours for the HR Advisor:

      Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm

      Duties of the HR Advisor:

      • Advise, guide and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations
      • Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries, performance management, Redundancies and absence management, raising complex cases to HR Manager for support
      • Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation
      • Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action
      • Providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate
      • Keep abreast of changes in relevant employment law legislation and ensure that the Company complies
      • Undertaking and supporting relevant projects in line with the HR strategy

      The successful candidate for the HR Advisors position will have the following experience:

      • 3 – 5 years experience working within a HR environment (Essential)
      • CIPD/Degree equivalent in relevant subject (Desirable)
      • Experience working within a manufacturing environment (Essential)
      • Good knowledge of Employment Law (Essential)
      • Experience of providing guidance on ER Topics such as Disciplinary, Capability, and Grievances (Essential)
