As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for generating enquires for new and existing customers whilst being the main point of contact for sales and technical queries.
Working hours of the Commercial Manager:
Monday to Thursday 7am – 16.00pm
Friday 7.00am – 12.30pm

Duties of the Commercial Manager:
- Ensure all quotation requests are logged and processed within agreed time frames
- Ensure all orders are processed through a contract review that includes price validity, payments terms, gross margin and economic batch quantities and capacity.
- Working closely with cross functional departments to ensure the most effective route of manufacture.
- Prepare Engineering IPF’s and Purchasing RFQ’s to support with the quotation process.
- Develop and manage a solution led approach which facilitates account profitability
- Reporting to the board of directors on Sales pipeline, quotations and future tenders
- Key Account Management in order to maximise profitability
- Assisting in identifying emerging customers, sector trends and market intelligence to maximise sales pipeline
The successful candidate for the Commercial Managers position will have the following experience:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience working within a manufacturing or machining environment (Essential)
- Proven experience managing client expectations (Essential)
- Ability to assist Estimators on estimating/quoting and looking at the best route of manufacture (Essential)
- Ability to build relationships (Essential)
- Managing high level commercial relationships (Essential)
